A business can either address a Pain or deliver a Pleasure.
Years ago, while leading the Maintenance department in the Iberian pork industry, I encountered an entrepreneur named Carvajal, who was managing the by-products of this sector.
These by-products posed a challenge but also held valuable fats; Carvajal capitalised on this by charging for their disposal while also selling the fats for cosmetic production.
One day, Carvajal advised me, “Javier, to achieve true success in life, seek a product that alleviates a Pain and simultaneously offers a Pleasure to others.”
Years later, after recognising the emerging challenges within the decommissioning industry, I began exploring the potential to repurpose these troublesome assets. I also envisioned that if I could make those large masses to reciprocate with waves, surely there could be a precious resource to harness and I might uncover that sought-after Pleasure.
My passion for energy resonates with Liberian President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf’s belief that "If your dreams don’t scare you, they are not big enough," as well as Peter Drucker’s insight saying that "the best way to predict the future is to create it."
TWEFDA Limited was founded on the principle of repurposing Decommissionable Assets to generate and process energy, presenting a multibillion-dollar opportunity for you to engage with through our expression of interest.
